Current release

Harbinator Cop Franc

Cop Franc has been our signature wine since 2016, born from a friendly bet and quickly becoming a favorite among guests and club members alike. It’s vibrant, approachable, and always the bottle people reach for when gathering around a table.

We are thrilled to release the 2021 Cop Franc Reserve. Crafted exclusively from free-run juice and aged for 24 months in new French oak, this Reserve bottling represents the purest and most expressive form of our Cabernet Franc.

Still youthful for Red Mountain, it shows beautifully with air. We recommend opening it at least an hour before serving—or decanting—to reveal its full depth and elegance.
